Adjunct Assistant Professor
Dr. Heather Davis completed her Ed.D. here at USC Rossier. She is the Program Director for the UCLA Paramedic Education Program in the David Geffen School of Medicine, one of the top performing paramedic programs in the country. Here she has developed a Hybrid Paramedic Program, the first in California to be approved and accredited. Her previous position was the Education Director for LA County Fire where she managed both primary and non-formal education programs for over 3000 EMT's and Paramedics. She is a Board Member of the national licensing agency for prehospital personnel. Her interests and areas of study include the learning, motivation and cultural issues involved in psychomotor skill acquisition and retention, particularly in medical professions. Dr. Davis is a published author and national speaker.
