Meet Dean Noguera
Pedro A. Noguera was named the Emery Stoops and Joyce King Stoops Dean at the USC Rossier School of Education on July 1, 2020. A distinguished scholar of education, he is an expert on educational equity, urban schools and the impact of social and economic factors on student achievement. Dean Noguera has authored numerous books and articles on education, race and social justice, and frequently speaks at conferences and events advocating for inclusive and equitable educational policies and practices.
