Program Overview
The Certificate in Leadership in Enrollment Management (LEM) program, offered by the Center for Enrollment Research, Policy and Practice, will prepare you with the knowledge, skills and tools to lead in the complex admission and enrollment management field.
Through this program, you will:
- Learn from nationally-recognized leaders in the field.
- Remain employed while completing coursework online.
- Gain extensive content knowledge.
- Build relationships with a national network of professional colleagues.
- Prepare a professional portfolio to showcase your work.
Curriculum
The curriculum content includes enrollment management in the institutional and societal contexts, information and knowledge management, pricing and aid policy, college admission policy and practice, retention organization, leadership and case studies. As a certificate program, assignments are given credit for completion rather than graded.
Online Learning Experience
The online learning experience includes video content, readings, discussions and activities.You are expected to contribute approximately 5-7 hours working through the content and participating in discussion in the program each week. There are no class sessions that require you to be online at any certain time.
We may offer live webinars from time to time to enhance the program. Your participation in these webinars is optional. The presentation slides from all webinars will be posted to allow those who are unable to participate during the live session to view the information presented.
Tuition
Tuition for the program is $10,000 and is payable by the first day of the course unless otherwise arranged. A three-part payment plan is available upon request. There may be a small amount for course materials (not to exceed $100).
Scholarships
K-12/independent school members of The Enrollment Management Association may apply for $5,000 scholarships. Graduate enrollment applicants who are members of NAGAP may receive a discount of $1,000.
