Bio

Jake Scollan-Rowley (he/him/his) is a Ph.D. student in the Urban Education Policy program with a concentration in K-12 education at the University of Southern California Rossier School of Education. He conducts research as part of the USC EdPolicy Hub and the Center for Applied Research in Education. He is advised by Dr. Morgan Polikoff.

He holds an Ed.M. in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University, as well as a B.A. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina, Asheville.

His research interests include curriculum usage, curriculum policy, school funding, and student outcomes pertaining to each of these.
