Kim Hirabayashi
Professor of Clinical Education
Dr. Kim Hirabayashi is a Professor of Clinical Education in the Rossier School of Education at the University of Southern California. She has over 20 years of teaching experience on-ground and online and teaches courses in learning, motivation, and human development, as well as supervises doctoral dissertations. Dr. Hirabayashi is currently the Chair of the Organizational Change and Leadership Ed.D. Program. She has a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology, an M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration, and a B.A. English Language and Literature, all from USC. Her interests include instructional design, faculty wellbeing, and student motivation and development. Dr. Hirabayashi has previously taught at California State University, Long Beach, and has worked in higher education student affairs and community outreach.
