Caitlin Boline, Ed.D. is an Adjunct Professor of the Reading and Literacy Added Authorization certification program in the Rossier School of Education at the University of Southern California. She has over 10 years of teaching and administrative experience in public, charter, and private school settings serving students from early education to adult education in Florida, Illinois, Texas, Michigan, and Washington state. She has an Ed.D. in Organizational Change and Leadership from USC, dual M.Ed. degrees in both Educational Leadership and ESL/Reading from Dallas Baptist University, and a B.S. in Education from the University of Tampa. Her interests include instruction that highly supports students in both alternative and ESL programs to be successful.
