MAT Progressive Degree
The MAT progressive degree will allow you to fast track the completion of both your undergraduate degree and Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) degree. The Master of Arts in Teaching program will allow you to complete the requirements to be recommended for a California preliminary teaching credential.
MAT-TESOL Progressive Degree
The MAT–TESOL progressive degree will allow you to fast track the completion of both your undergraduate degree and Master of Arts in Teaching, Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages degree. This program will equip you to provide systematic and effective language instruction.
Educational Counseling Progressive Degree
The Educational Counseling progressive degree will allow you to fast track the completion of both your undergraduate degree and Master of Education in Educational Counseling degree. The Master of Education in Educational Counseling program will prepare you with an in-depth understanding of counseling, higher education systems and theories of student development.
Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs Progressive Degree
This progressive degree will allow you to fast track the completion of both your undergraduate degree and Master of Education in Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs degree. The Master of Education in Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs (PASA) program will equip you with a broad understanding of the key aspects of higher education administration, including student affairs, student development, legal issues, identity and diversity and the history of higher education. You will select three focus courses that align with your interests or career goals.
Education and Society Minor
The Education and Society minor will introduce you to perspectives on education locally, nationally and internationally and education’s importance in promoting equitable opportunities and developing engaged citizens for more just societies.
Sustainability, Equity, and STEM Education Minor
The Sustainability, Equity, and STEM Education minor prepares future educators to integrate sustainability principles into STEM education while fostering equitable and inclusive learning environments.
