National School Leadership Certification

The program will be offered as six-week sessions in:

February-March 2027

  • Session 2: Designing a Student-Focused Educational Environment
  • Session 3: Promoting a Shared Vision
  • Session 4: Building Community engagement & Support
  • Session 5: Embracing & Promoting Ethical Leadership
  • Session 6: Demonstrating Political Leadership

Together, these areas provide a comprehensive foundation for leading equitable, effective, and student-focused school systems while preparing leaders to advocate for strong education policies and practices.

The program addresses the broad range of knowledge, skills, and responsibilities required of today’s school administrators. In addition to providing opportunities for continued learning and professional growth, the certification offers experienced administrators a meaningful opportunity to refine and strengthen their leadership knowledge and skills while collaborating, sharing perspectives, and learning alongside peers from across the nation.

The National School Leadership Certification is available to educators nationwide, with additional regional cohorts expected to expand over the coming months.

Participants will earn a Leadership Badge upon successful completion of each session and a National School Leadership Certificate upon completion of the full six-module program.


Classes: 

  1. Each session is designed as a four-hour online synchronous class
  2. Candidate can sign up for one or all six sessions
  3. Completion of one session- Leadership badge
  4. Completion of all six sessions- National Leadership Certificate

Cost: 

  1. 350 per session 
  2.  $1950.00 for all six sessions.(Full certificate program)
  3. Districts with a cohort of 25 or more= $300.00 per participant
