Caitlin Boline, Ed.D., is an Adjunct Professor of both Masters and certification level programs at USC Rossier.  She has over 15 years of teaching and administrative experience in public, charter, and private school settings serving students in PreK – 21+ education in Florida, Illinois, Texas, Michigan, and Washington state.  She has an Ed.D. in Organizational Change and Leadership from USC, dual M.Ed. degrees in both Educational Leadership and ESL/Reading from Dallas Baptist University, and a B.S. in Education from the University of Tampa.  Her areas of specialization focus on ESL and alternative programs.
