Bio

Erika Taylor Page, EdD – Dr. Page is an advocate for strategic leadership and DEI in the workplace. She has extensive business operations experience in corporate and nonprofit settings including organizational change and leadership, DEIB, strategic development, learning and development, talent management, performance management, program development, business integration, and communications.  She has led the development of programs and processes aimed at ensuring understanding of and accountability for complex processes within corporate and nonprofit business operations.  She currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Partnership for Growth LA and is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at USC Rossier School of Education.  Dr. Page has more than 20 years of corporate experience in the entertainment industry driving International Labor Standards practices globally. Throughout her career she has worked with corporate executives, non-profit leaders, and students both as a mentor and an advocate to assist individuals in achieving their academic and professional goals.  She currently mentors students as part of the USC Marshall Career Advantage Program and is a Senior Fellow for USC Marshall Brittingham Social Enterprise LAB.  Dr. Page earned her Doctorate of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California Rossier School of Education, her Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, and her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Creative Writing from the University of Southern California.  Her doctoral dissertation focused on Implicit Bias: An Advancement Opportunity Limiter for African American Women in Entertainment using the using the Transformative Paradigm of Inquiry as well as Critical Race Theory as a means exploring the problem of practice.
