One-Month Module #1 (June 2022 and again in September 2022): Learning continuity and department staffing issues
Nearly every industry is struggling with extreme staffing shortages and education is feeling this impact more severely than ever before, and this will only increase with the upcoming California Department of Education ruling and the addition of an entire grade. Department closures and staffing shortages disrupt not only classroom learning but other critical functions within the district as well. Any department can suffer due to acts of nature, unexpected incidents and pandemic-related events. This targeted, one-month module will help you meet these unpredictable crises by building a plan to improve your school’s survivability.
Targeted modules require both synchronous and asynchronous participation by district teams. You will collaborate in your district teams as well as among other districts with diverse problem solvers. You will build your professional network and work with faculty and industry experts.
