Jordan Harper is a Ph.D. candidate in the Rossier School of Education and a research associate in the Pullias Center for Higher Education at the University of Southern California. He has professional work experience in various higher education functional areas such as admissions, campus life, and first-year engagement. His primary research interests include (higher education) leadership, labor, and organizational change. His published and forthcoming work can be found in Peabody Journal of Education, Journal of Leadership Education, Policy Futures in Education, AAC&U Liberal Education, Academic Leader, and Inside Higher Ed. His forthcoming book, with Rozanna Carducci and Adrianna Kezar, is titled “Higher Education Leadership: Challenging Tradition and Forging New Possibilities” (Johns Hopkins University Press) and is expected to be published in 2023.
