Kaylan S. Baxter

Kaylan Baxter is a third-year doctoral (Ph.D.) student in Rossier and research assistant in the Pullias Center for Higher Education.

Kaylan studies approaches to postsecondary accountability and data usage, with a focus on their implications for the opportunities, experiences, and outcomes of racially minoritized students.
