Kaylan S. Baxter

Kaylan Baxter is a doctoral student at Rossier School of Education and research associate in the USC Race and Equity Center. Kaylan studies how approaches to accountability shape the racialized outcomes and experiences of postsecondary students, with a particular focus on public higher education policy, institutional effectiveness/research, and accreditation. Seven years of professional experience in higher education inform Kaylan's research and teaching interests.
