THIS MONTH MARKS THE BEGINNING of my second semester in the Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs (PASA) program! More readings, research, and writing! I cannot believe that I have already completed one semester of my graduate program. My, how the time flies! One of my professors this semester asked us about our educational philosophy and how it influences our professional development. I felt this question to be at the center of why one chooses to pursue a career in student affairs. I am always fascinated by my professors' questions and feel so fortunate to be in this ever-evolving field filled with innovative professionals.
