Adrian Trinidad

Adrian Trinidad (admitted to work with Dr. Estela Bensimon) is a research assistant at the USC Center for Urban Education and he completed his bachelor’s degree at USC. As an undergraduate, Adrian studied Sociology and minored in Forensics and Criminality. His research interests are in college access and outcomes for underrepresented community college students. Specifically, Adrian is interested in the educational experiences of transfer students. Prior to USC, he transferred to USC from Los Angeles Trade-Technical College. Having experienced a community college, Adrian is interested in understanding how practitioners can help students break the policy and structural barriers for transfer to a 4-year university.
