Adjunct Assistant Professor
Dr. Danielle Allphin is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the online Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) program at the USC Rossier School of Education. She earned her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Education degrees at the USC Rossier School, and now enjoys sharing her expertise in curriculum, instruction, teacher education and gifted education with USC students. In addition to her degrees from USC, Dr. Allphin has a Master of Education degree from UCLA.
Dr. Allphin's fifteen-years of experience in the field of education includes a variety of positions in the public school setting. She has taught elementary and middle school in both urban and suburban settings, designed and delivered teacher education for beginning teachers K-12 and was an elementary school principal. She has also worked in the private sector supporting public education as a curriculum developer and as Executive Director for a non-profit educational foundation.
