The intellectually rigorous and cutting edge curriculum of the Ph.D. in Urban Education Policy is designed to engage students in a depth and breadth of professional relationships which will serve them throughout their careers. This curriculum is designed to position our Ph.D. students for leadership positions at the local, state or federal levels, and for teaching, research and consulting positions. Students graduate with the research skills, substantive knowledge, professional network and record of achievement--including academic publications and presentations--necessary for success as faculty at top research universities, research analysts and policy-makers.
